Returns
Returns Policy:
When you shop at Peter Webber you can have complete confidence that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase that you can simply return it to the store and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the guidelines outlined below.
We offer an exchange or refund for change of mind on items within 30 days of purchase provided that:
- You have produced satisfactory proof of purchase.
- You should contact us by email before sending any item back.
- The item is in a sealable condition, (that is the tags and labels are still attached, the item is in original condition, the item is unworn, unused and as sold), and;
- The item is not a special exemption.
. In the circumstances where Peter Webber is unable to exchange an item, we may at the discretion of a manager provide you with a Peter Webber Menswear Voucher to the current value of the item.
Please note that in order to prevent fraud, abuse or unusual use of the Peter Webber Returns policy the store may refuse to accept items returned for change of mind reasons. Peter Webber will do so if we consider an excessive number of change of mind returns have been made by you or if we otherwise believe you are overusing or abusing our change of mind policy.
Proof of Purchase:
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:
- Original register receipt.
- Proof of purchase provided with all online purchases.
- Original return/exchange receipt.
Consumer Guarantees:
As a consumer you are entitled to the benefits of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Peter Webber Menswear. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian consumer law. However this does not apply when the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
If a mistake is made by Peter Webber and the wrong / faulty item has been supplied then the postage cost of return will be refunded by Peter Webber Menswear. If an item has been ordered by mistake and returned then the cost of PWM original postage may be born by the customer.
Special Exemptions:
We do not offer returns for change of mind for the following items:
- Peter Webber Gift Cards.
- Custom made or altered items
- Personalised Products
- Personal care items
