Ordering & Purchasing
1. How do I place an order online?
Browse our collection, select your items and sizes, then proceed through checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
2. Can I use a discount code at checkout?
Yes, enter your promo code during checkout to apply your discount. Please note that items purchased with a promo code are final sale, unless they are faulty.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards. Your payment is processed securely online.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 are shipped free within Australia. Orders under $100 or international deliveries attract standard postage rates.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within a few days in South Australia and up to two weeks in Western Australia.
3. How do I track my delivery?
You’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number. It’s the customer’s responsibility to track delivery and follow up directly with Australia Post if needed.
4. Do you offer express shipping?
We currently use Australia Post’s standard recorded delivery. For special delivery requests, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
5. What happens if I’m not home to receive my parcel?
Most orders are sent with a signature on delivery. If you’re not home, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or collection point.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
You can return items in original condition within 7 days for a refund or store credit, depending on the purchase type.
2. Can I get a refund or exchange?
We offer refunds on full-priced items returned within 7 days. For other eligible returns, we provide store credit valid for 12 months.
3. Are there products that can’t be returned?
Earrings, underwear, ties, bow ties, pocket squares and promo or store credit purchases are final sale unless faulty.
4. How do I start a return?
Email us at peterwebbermenswear@gmail.com with your order number and the email used for purchase and we’ll guide you through the process.

1. How do I determine the correct size to order?
Use our online size guides on each product page or contact us for personalised sizing help.
2. Are items checked before they are shipped?
Yes. Each product is quality-inspected to ensure it meets our standards before dispatch.
3. What if I receive a faulty item?
Please email us immediately with a description and a photo of the fault. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.
4. Can I get help choosing the right style or fit?
Absolutely. Contact our team for tailored advice on finding the right look and size for you.
5. Are the product images on your website accurate?
Yes, we make every effort to ensure images and descriptions accurately reflect our products, including fabric and colour.

1. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage future purchases.
2. How do I update my account details?
Log in to our website at any time to update your personal, delivery, or contact details.
3. I’m having trouble ordering online. What should I do?

In-Store Experience
1. Can I use Click & Collect?
Yes. Select Click & Collect at checkout. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready, typically within two hours during our opening hours.
2. What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring your order number, a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. If someone else is collecting, please notify us first.
3. Can I return Click & Collect items in store?
Yes. We offer easy, no-fuss refunds on Click & Collect items returned in original condition.
4. Do you offer in-store styling or fitting advice?
Yes. Our team is happy to assist with fit, style and product recommendations to ensure you leave looking and feeling your best.
